THE MINDFUL INVESTOR

Real Estate Investing Made Simple

Combining my passion for teaching and for real estate, I empower new investors on their journey to financial freedom.

It took me 5 years to acquire enough property to be self-sufficient.

I will take you through the following steps:
1. Your why and what gets you excited,
2. Your strengths and challenges,
3. Your objectives,
4. A detailed action plan to get you there.

Working towards financial independence requires a mindset shift, which involves letting go of self-limiting thoughts to embrace your full potential.

About myself: I started in 2013, operate 75 units and have expertise in: single-families, multi-families, commercial, trailer parks, US, Canada, general and limited partnerships, private lending, refinancing and BRRR strategy.

A mentor car help you with analysis paralysis and get you to purchase that first property you have been talking about for so long. I will provide you with the tools necessary for your success and help you be more confident as you grow as an investor.

Yes and I still do. My first mentor was Don Campbell. His books empowered me with the knowledge I needed to approach real estate with business acumen. My second mentor has helped me understand how to evaluate a building. My main mentor helps me with my general approach to business and the direction I want to take my life.

Yes. I organize a monthly Zoom mastermind group, to which all mentees are invited. Mentees take turn sharing where they are at and what their next step is. They receive constructive guidance from me and the others in the group. These groups are very popular.

In terms of my own career, I am proud to have started investing and to have continued to grow. Now my source of pride are my mentees, seeing them develop, take action and grow into confident investors.

I have always been interested in mindfulness meditation and the benefits it could have for a real estate entrepreneur. For one, it helps me to stay focus, first on the big picture when I start my day and then my tasks for that day. It also helps me to decide which thoughts I will follow: I don’t want my emotions to cloud my judgement when I work on a deal or negotiate with an agent or a seller.
